Print Information: To ensure the highest quality products, Richard Hristovski Photography utilizes professional printing and framing specialists who use the highest quality photographic paper available. All products are thoroughly inspected before shipment and packaged with care.

Production Time Frame: Once payment is received, please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery for customers within Australia, and 4-6 weeks for international customers. In the event of any delays, Richard Hristovski Photography will notify the customer and provide an updated delivery estimate.

Return and Exchanges: We are committed to providing high-quality products and achieving customer satisfaction. In the event that a product is received damaged, it can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a free replacement or full refund. As all products are custom-made, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind. Sale items are not eligible for return.
